SWIMMING POOL
Jeju Pension with an Outdoor Pool 20 Meters, Right by the Sea
The pool ends where the ocean begins. Swim toward the horizon by day and under the lights at night — summer at Jejuollero

An outdoor pool in Jeju where you swim facing the sea
Jejuollero's pool sits in the front yard, right at the water's edge. It is a straight 20-meter lane, 3.5 meters wide, so once you are in the water your eyes land directly on the horizon. A spot where the ripples of the pool and the waves of the sea share one frame is rare even in Jeju. From your room, it is just a flight of stairs down in your swimsuit. Do a few early-morning laps in quiet water and come up for coffee by the window, play with the kids in the afternoon, and finish the day under the pool lights after sunset — you can come and go all day.
With children — three depth levels and a toddler zone
The pool floor steps down in three levels. The shallowest end is shallow enough for toddlers who cannot swim yet to sit and play, and the deepest point is 1.2 meters for adults. Small children, school-age kids and adults each find their own spot in the same pool, which is why families use it the most. There is no lifeguard. Please keep children within arm's reach at all times. We do not rent tubes or life vests, so bring what you need.
- Shallow toddler zone → middle → maximum depth 1.2M, in three steps
- No lifeguard — children must be supervised by a guardian
- No rental of tubes, life vests or pool toys (bring your own)
Open after dark — night lighting
The pool is open from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm. When the sun goes down, the pool lights come on and night swimming is possible. It suits anyone who wants to avoid the midday heat, or cool off after a full day out. The sound of the night sea and the light on the water give it a different mood from daytime. There is a tap beside the pool for rinsing off. There is no separate shower block or changing room, so change in your room before coming down and shower in your room afterwards.
Season and how to use it
The pool runs in summer only, from mid-June to mid-September each year. Exact opening and closing dates shift slightly with the weather, so if you are visiting at the very start or end of the season, ask before booking. The pool is closed for cleaning every day from 2 pm to 3 pm. Guests use the pool at no extra charge. Beyond the pool, the seaside walkway begins right away.
